Ms. Daniels is a highly accomplished Senior IT recruiter for Federal Government contracts and clients in private industry.
She is a full-cycle recruiter who has managed staffing for multi-state and multi-site operations. She has a keen ability to source and spot talent for hard-to-fill positions and for high volume, short-turnaround staffing needs. The challenge of finding just the right candidate for a position and her strong rapport with hiring managers are her greatest assets. She credits strong listening skills, responsiveness to clients, and a second sense about candidates for her ability to surpass client expectations and for her high percentage of placements. Ms. Daniels grew up in the Washington D.C. area and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Middle Eastern Affairs from George Washington University.
Ms. Moyano joined AMG in September 2016. She has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and working for Government Contractors.
She has earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and later earned her certificate as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Ms. Moyano handles all aspects of Human Resources and is vital to the connection of employees to the company. Her knowledge in general aspects of Human Resources only account for a small portion of what Ms. Moyano has achieved in connecting the needs of the company and the needs of the employees. Her deep knowledge and understanding of complex benefit packages and Service Contract Agreement (SCA) laws and regulations help the company stay in complete compliance with the Department of Labor.
Ms. McElveen is the Vice President of Operations and the Program Management Office (PMO).
She is a transformational leader who forms alliances with individuals and business leaders via a thought-provoking and creative business processes that supports organizational effectiveness and collaborative team-building. After serving her country in the military and spending nearly two decades working in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Karnita knows what truly drives growth and profitability. Ms. McElveen, who is also a certified proposal manager, has worked in corporations and with business leaders around the world to win business based on her passion for business, and commitment to meeting customer and market demands. Ms. McElveen is a member of Walden University’s Nu Rho Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta (DMD), and the National Society of leadership and Success. In addition to her extensive business experience, Ms. McElveen holds a BA in Project Management, a dual MBA in Operations Management and Human Resource Management from Walden University and her doctoral studies are focused on the development of talented, high- potential leaders to help organizations meet business objectives.

Ms. Beaudoin employs her extensive knowledge and invaluable insight in Administrative and Human Resources in making AMG a successful enterprise. As one of the original employees of AMG, Ms. Baudoin has full knowledge of the company’s beginnings and its focus on the future. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Ms. Baudoin understands the human element of business and keeps the company in tune and aligned with the human side of working with people and the companies that AMG supports. Ms. Baudoin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Wright Esq. CPA brings a wealth of experience in executive and operational management with strong skills in accounting and taxation.
His hands-on experience ranges from management of corporate entities and professional services companies. His legal skills have been an added value. Mr. Wright has moved up the ranks through a succession of management positions, such as Interim Director of Tax and Revenue for the District of Columbia, Senior Manager with Ernst & Young and Corporate Tax Director for Key Span Energy now National Grid, and CFO and Business Manager to several companies. Mr. Wright has a Juries Doctor Degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Ford ham University. He is admitted as an attorney in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.

Acquiring numerous degrees in Information Sciences and Technology and after working for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), IBM, Lockheed Martin, Litton PRC and Computer Generated Solutions, in 1998 he formed an IT company called Information Sciences Consulting, Inc. (ISCI) and incorporated the company in 2001. As ISCI began to grow and Mr. Van Epps created more companies, he realized a shared services company to handle the back office operations of the operating companies would be beneficial so he created American Management Group, LLC (AMG) for that purpose. Today, while Mr. Van Epps continues to run his CVE certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), he delights in AMG’s celebration of over 15 years of support to numerous government contracting companies!
